Consists of a theoretical class, practice in shallow reef (2.5 mts. approx.) with equipment (1 tank for all the activity).

What To Expect
Diving with SCUBA equipment for people who do not have a certification as an open water diver, in just 45 minutes they will learn the basics to be able to practice and then dive in waters of the Mexican Caribbean.
Activity for anyone who does not have enough time to take a certification course but still wants to know the bottom of the ocean, in 3 simple steps they can achieve it; theoretical lesson, practical in shallow reef and recreational diving.

The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS.
