- Electronic devices (such as cellphones, Go Pro, cameras, etc.) are not allowed inside the underground river.
- A professional photographer will accompany you at all times to capture photographs of the expedition in Rio Secreto. This is an optional service for an extra fee
- Avoid using chemical products (sun block, repellents, etc.) inside the subway river.
