Half Day Dive Trip to the Cozumel reef
Overview
Located opposite Playa del Carmen, Cozumel is part of the national marine park and offers unforgettable dives on sheer walls that plunge up to 800 meters, as well as colorful shallow coral reefs in crystal clear waters. It takes about 45 minutes to reach the dive sites by boat, with popular spots including Colombian Reef, the C-53 Wreck, Santa Rosa, and Palancar. Thanks to the constant currents and depth, divers can encounter large pelagic fish and sharks near the dramatic walls, while the vibrant shallow reefs are teeming with groupers, turtles, lobsters, crabs, moray eels, and more.
