Meeting and Pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach:Playa Del Carmen: Coco bongo at Playa Del Carmen.The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.The golf cart is only for 3 people, and can be shared with clients of the same bus, if they are 2 or 1 person and want to go alone, they must pay the difference in space for not wanting to share

- We are not responsible for items left and lost on the bus, make sure you bring everything with you at all times when you get off the bus.
- We first pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles to take them to the last meeting point where the main bus will be waiting In the transport logistics operation we collect people in a first transport, it can be a van or a bus, spending time on the journey, the transport will be changed to a bus, this is because all the clients of the same tour meet again at a meeting point to reach the final destination.
