Overview
You will get a lot of knowledge about the use of scuba equipment, solving problems underwater, physics and physiology. You will open the whole new world to yourself. After successful completing the course you will get an international lifetime PADI Open Water Diver certificate which allows to to dive in any location up to 18 m (60 feet) with a dive buddy or a guide

What To Expect
Open Water Diver course normally takes 3 days of training. It includes 5 pool sessions of skills, theory classes (video or manual, knowledge reviews, quizzes and final exam) and 4 open water dives in the sea or open cenote.

- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

(8)Q: How soon can I fly in an airplane after Scuba diving?
A: Participants in the Open Water Diver course (PADI) cannot fly in an airplane within 24 hours of their dive. The main concern with scuba diving and flying is decompression sickness (DCS). Your body needs adequate time during an ascent to off-gas excess nitrogen, or you can form bubbles in your bloodstream, possibly leading to DCS. Read more Jun 2024
