SINCE THERE AREN'T REAL LOCAL FARMER MARKETS IN THE AREA NO TIME WASTING IN PURCHASING INGREDIENTS AS OTHERS DO; We did the preps already for you, BUT IMMERGE IN A REAL COOKING EXPERIENCE IMMEDIATELY INSTEAD.
NO HOME VENUES. Since there is real cooking in this Experience everything takes place at an ample conventional rented restaurant. Chefs, Cooks and your Experience Host are involved to safeguard your safety and carefully provide a quality service Experience

What To Expect
The great variety of cultures within Mexico creates different identities of flavors been noticed by regions. Understanding The Traditional Mexican Cuisine is understanding those region identities filled of scents and flavors. Understanding Mexico is understanding the saying...“MI CASA ES TU CASA.
We start with a little Introduction of The Mexican Cuisine; then prepare both Aguas Frescas (refreshments) and Antojitos Mexicanos which are Fusion-Flavored food of Pre-hispanic and Spaniard influences. The Main Course is a Traditional Mexican Dish varying from time to time such as; Chiles Rellenos, Pipian or Mole Paste, Seafood Lovers will prepare a Cielo, Mar y Tierra Molcajete (volcanic rock mortar) with Octopus, Shrimps, Flank Steak & Chicken. Optional Surcharge for Red Snapper or Lobster based upon your choice. We'll also prepare side dishes to accompany our course. Traditional Cuisine is mostly based on corn & different types of chili peppers. Our Meal could be accompanied with flavored Mexican wine of selected Winery or another drink of you choice.
