Meeting and Pickup
Departure transportation service to Cancun International Airport applies to travelers staying in all hotels in the Riviera Maya that are between the Catalonia Riviera Maya Hotel, to the city of Tulum (downtown and urban area, Aldea Zama), to Museum SFER IK Tulum.NOTE: If your hotel is within the aforementioned areas and is not listed, contact us so we can manage it. There will be no additional cost.For travelers staying in further away from the Airport, the service will have an additional charge starting at USD 10 per trip, depending on the location of the hotel. You can pay this fee when boarding the van, with the driver.
What To Expect
We pick up all our passengers at their respective hotels in the urban area of Cancún, downtown Cancún, the Cancun Hotel Zone, and some hotels in Puerto Juárez.
We will assign you a certified driver, and a vehicle prepared to pick you up at your hotel at the time you choose.
We will arrive in advance of the scheduled time, ready to pick you up and take you to the Cancun International Airport.
