Should we be unable to locate the whale sharks, you have the flexibility to reschedule your tour or receive a certificate for a future tour. We are committed to accommodating your needs and will assess the situation to provide the best possible solution.

Hotel - Airbnb - private condos and houses pick up are offered in this private tour. Once we receive your booking, we will organize with you the pickup time & location. If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.

- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
