Alternatively, they can arrange to meet at Cocobongo in Playa Del Carmen, which is the closest meeting point.Pick-up times are scheduled according to your location and tour availability. Travelers who have not provided a pick-up location must contact us promptly to arrange transportation, as failure to do so may result in the inability to provide service.The 9:30 AM schedule pick-ups begin at 7:30 AM, and the 12:00 PM pick-ups start at 10:30 AM.Please note that schedules are subject to availability and may change.If there are any changes, a customer care agent will contact you to discuss options.
