Immerse all of your senses with the Cirque du Soleil® show 'JOYÁ' — the first Cirque show in the world to offer the option of tablecloth dining — opening in November 2014. Follow the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a transformative quest to uncover the secrets of life, with the help of half-human, half-animal creatures. Set inside an intimate theater in the heart of the Riviera Maya jungle, ‘JOYÀ’ draws on Mexico’s history and heritage to bring you a world where physical ability meets the extraordinary.

Meeting and Pickup
** This is the official transportation to Cirque Soleil Service for groups **Important Note: Is necessary to be atleast 5 people in order to buy this package.1. During the booking process, search the hotel you staying in the box, we have many options around Playa del Carmen and Cancun. (excluding hotels in the way to costa mujeres and tulum) 2. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation or call us at least 12 hours prior to the purchased visit date. 3. The " start time" in the confirmation is NOT pick up time is when the show start, is necessary to send a message to get the schedule. Notes: a)We cannot guarantee to collect you if we dont hear from you via email or phone, to arrange the pick up details. b)Please provide all pick-up details before 12:00 PM on the day of the experience. After this time, no changes can be made and no refunds will apply.

- Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.
- We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time. One tickey required per person, regardless of age.
- Children 3 - 9 years and older have access to the theater and pay children price.
