Meeting and Pickup
We offer round-trip transportation service to all our travelers who stay in most hotels in the Riviera Maya (between Playa del Carmen and Tulum).Some hotels in the Riviera Maya do not allow access to the property, so a meeting point will apply at the entrance or closest access.For some hotels or lodging centers (located at the metropolitan zone) in Tulum, a meeting point applies due to continuous repairs on the main avenues of the city of Tulum and excessive traffic in the city, we provide the closest meeting points to your hotel; We have 5 available: Súper Akí Tulum; Chedraui Selecto; Restaurant Camello Jr; Oxxo Veleta; Hotel Kore.If your hotel is not listed, please contact us to arrange your transportation service.NOTE: Pickup time varies depending on hotel location. Generally applies from 40 minutes in advance, to 10 minutes at the time shown on your ticket. For hotels further away from the center of Tulum it is possible that the pick-up time starts 1 hr 30 minutes in advance. The ticket time is the start time of the experience.In your confirmation message that we send you 24 hours before the start of the experience, we will indicate the exact pickup time and meeting point.
What To Expect
You will live a unique experience in the best park in the forest of Tulum. You will witness an authentic Mayan ceremony.
You will swim in a beautiful cavern cenote, known to have been entrances to the Mayan underworld, full of history and culture.
You will then rappel down 4 feet high.
You will live a tour in a kilometer of zip lines.
Finally you will have an incredible tour in some amazing ATVs in the middle of the Mayan jungle.
And to end your day, you will have local Mayan appetizers.
