An additional pick-up fee will be due to the guide on the day of the tour if you are staying in Puerto Morelos (USD 45) or Cancun (USD 90). For the best experience, we advise choosing a pick-up time of either 7:30 am from Playa del Carmen or 8:00 am from Tulum. This will allow you to avoid both the crowds and the heat, ensuring a more enjoyable outing.
