What To Expect

Carvalho Beach

We start of at the calm and secluded Carvalho beach where we'll do a briefing on safety & instructions. To access the beach we go Down a ancient Carved Tunnel in the Rock. Here we can see the Rock tower off carvalho's waters and it's bending limestone walls.*The meeting point is done at Carvalho's beach parking lot, next to our coloured Brotherootz van. There will be 24 guests meeting up, where they will be splited in half, two separate tours. Each group of 12 will go with a guide on the tour.

After getting out of Carvalho's we visit some hidden Caves along the way, and after that we reach the buzzling Benagil beach where we can observe the village fishing historic past.

Then, just right after the Benagil beach, we reach the famous Benagil Cave, where we'll stop to take some beautiful photos at the famous "sinkhole" with historic, geologic and Ecological insights on the region of Algarve. Q: Do I need kayaking experience or will you teach me?
A:

No experience is necessary! Beginners are welcome on all of our kayak tours. Most of our guests have never been in a sea kayak before. Anyone in average physical condition may join a kayak tour. If you can hike or bike, you can paddle our sea kayaks. You do not need any swimming skills either.

The only prerequisite is a healthy spirit of curiosity and adventure.

Regardless of age or skill level you will find that our expeditions offer enough flexibility to make your experience with us safe and rewarding. We will show you proper sea kayaking technique and water safety before leaving the beach. And your expert guides will be with you throughout the adventure to give you pointers and improve your skills.
