We begin our journey heading towards Aveiro, a city often called the 'Venice of Portugal' for its picturesque canals, charming bridges, and traditional 'moliceiro' boats.
Enjoy a panoramic tour that will introduce you to the city's unique character, where the blend of history, modernity, & local traditions.
Embark on a relaxing cruise aboard a traditional 'moliceiro,' once used to harvest seaweed but now a symbol of the region.
As you glide through the canals, admire the elegant Art Nouveau façades & the colorful houses.
After the cruise, you'll have free time to explore the lively fish market, visiting the iconic train station with its hand-painted azulejos, or tasting the famous 'ovos moles,' a delicious local delicacy.
Then, stop at the Aveiro 'Salinas', where you can observe the centuries-old practice of salt harvesting.
Last, we go to Costa Nova, a stunning coastal village famous for its brightly striped wooden houses that once served as fishermen's shelters.
