**IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PICK-UP SERVICE**- PICK-UP IS EXCLUSIVE TO THE PORTO DOWNTOWN AREA. We DO NOT offer pick-up from Vila Nova de Gaia, Matosinhos, the Porto coastal area, or other locations outside the city center.- We do pick up from private addresses and Airbnbs within the downtown area. If your address or hotel does not appear while booking, please contact us directly so we can assist.- For addresses outside the pick-up zone or in locations with difficult access (e.g., pedestrian-only streets, narrow streets, or areas with heavy traffic), we will assign a central meeting point in Porto (e.g., Porto Cathedral or another accessible location).- If you are traveling with another reservation for the same tour and date, this must be indicated at the time of booking. If we are informed after pick-up details have been sent (the day before), changes will not be possible.- Pick-up service begins at 8:00 AM. Please be ready and waiting by 8:00 AM sharp to avoid delays or missing the tour.- You will receive the exact pick-up time and location the day before your tour, by the end of the day.
