Wine Tasting and Organic Products at the Saint-Jeannet Vineyard
Overview
This experience is distinguished by the authenticity of its setting and the richness of its heritage. The Vineyard of Saint-Jeannet offers a unique tasting thanks to the method of aging unique in the world by solarization, a rare know-how that sublimates the tiled wine and gives our cuvées a remarkable aromatic complexity.
The exceptional terroir, located 400 meters above sea level and lulled by a microclimate with high thermal amplitudes, allows the grapes to develop aromas of great finesse. This deep link between nature and winemaking tradition is reinforced by the accompaniment of organic products from our family vegetable garden, cultivated by Nicolas Rasse.
The setting, with its breathtaking views of the hills and the Mediterranean Sea, and the friendly welcome of the winegrowers make this activity much more than just a tasting: a real sensory trip to the heart of the French Riviera.

What To Expect
Taste 8 of our wines, including our tiled wine whose unique aging method relies on solar energy (solarization). This ancient technique reveals subtle aromas and rare complexity. You will also discover our other cuvées: red wine, white wine, rosé wine, sparkling wine, sweet wine and fortified wine.
Your guide will take you through the vineyard, cellar and tasting room, sharing the history of the estate, the work of the vines and the secrets of our exceptional terroir, located 400 meters above sea level on clay-limestone soil enriched since the Miocene. This terroir benefits from generous sunshine and cool nights, promoting quality harvest.
The experience is accompanied by local appetizers: planchas topped with ripened cheeses, homemade tapenades, traditional pissaladières, seasonal fruits and vegetables from our organic vegetable garden. Everything is served with fresh artisan bread. You will enjoy a panoramic view of the hills and the Mediterranean, in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.
