What To Expect
We will meet together at the pool, which is outside in a beautiful paradise spot and we will start by sitting down, talking+exploring how you will most benefit from this session in the water.
Aguahara originates from ancient Oriental therapies in the water and this is a one-on-one session in which you are continuously supported+held whilst I gently move, stretch, cradle and massage you in the water.You just simply close your eyes and let yourself be taken on a wonderful healing journey. Bodies reach a state of weightlessness in water that liberates the muscles+joints, incomparable freedom of movement– bringing deep relaxation, letting go of the mind, tensions melting away, blockages and stress releasing.
The deeply relaxing effects of warm water+nurturing support, combined with the movements helps us to rebalance at different levels, not just physically but emotionally too, + potential transformation towards a state of greater harmony+fluidity.
