1 Upon arrival, go through immigration Later you will collect your luggage. You will then make a stop at customs. Customs procedures take between 1 minute to half an hour, depending on how many people are going through customs before you, or if your luggage is checked. The entire procedure (immigration, baggage, and customs) can take some time. DON'T WORRY! We know this, and we will be waiting for you!
Our supervisors at the airport monitor your flight to secure your vehicle. This way, you will not have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives early. We will know! And we will be waiting anytime when you arrive.
Step 2 Once you've cleared Customs, just follow the path through the hall without stopping with anyone as they direct you to buy expensive things (tours, timeshare, lower dollar change, etc.). Once you are with us, we give you the best recommendations to maximize the quality of your vacation. They are also entitled to juicy discounts on all the best excursions for choosing our services.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
Feb 2023- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
