1. Check-In Made Easy: Arrive at our convenient meeting point just 10 minutes before your scheduled time and provide your name or confirmation number to our friendly staff.
2. Safety First: You'll be fitted with a secure harness and life jacket and receive a brief, easy-to-follow safety briefing before taking flight.
3. Beach Take-Off & Landing: Our tours start and end on the beach, allowing for smoother transitions and giving you the chance to fly higher than ever, offering unparalleled panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay.

Dec 2021Although it is best for you to be comfortable in the water, you do not have to know how to swim. Each guest is provided with a buoyancy compensator (BC) that will assist with flotation.
Apr 2023Yes, the minimum age to parasail is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. At City Boat Tours safety is our number one priority. The minimum weight required for parasailing is roughly 90 pounds. If the flyer is less than 90 pounds, they will simply fly tandem with someone not to exceed roughly 450 pounds combined weight. Weight requirements may differ due to wind conditions.
Feb 2022- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
