We are waiting for you in one of the largest craft breweries in Italy for an unmissable event: a journey through the authentic flavors of our land, discovering the ingredients and processes that make our craft beer unique.

Enjoy a rich and tasty aperitif with traditional Salento dishes prepared using, among other ingredients, beer and noble beer scraps. All accompanied by a guided tasting of our craft beers.

Live music or DJ sets are the DA backdrop for an evening of conviviality, taste and fun that celebrates the best of Italian craftsmanship.

    What To Expect

    The experience includes a complete visit to the Birra Salento brewery, the discovery of the ingredients that make up our beers and the different stages of the production process. Within the production area there will be a tasting of one of our artisan creatures taken directly from the maturation tank. It continues at our Dekore malthouse, not far DA the brewery, where you will discover the history of this ancient farmhouse and the machinery dedicated to the malting process of beer barley. At the end of the tour, an aperitif will await you at the Salento court of Malteria based on typical dishes prepared freshly by our chef (grilled or bakéed) using, among other ingredients, beer and noble beer waste, paired with three of our craft beers. The evening will be animated DA live music or DJ sets.
