Meeting and Pickup
Once you arrive at the airport contact us for free with Whatsapp or Imessage , so we know that you did, there is free internet access inside the Punta Cana International airport, we will wait at the airport upto an hour after the flight had arrived to hear from you. if not it will be a no show. Driver will meet you outside the terminal at the cafeteria with the name of REFUGIO for terminal B or JETLAG for terminal A. He will be park a few minutes from there , please let us know as soon as you have your luggage and be on your way outside , we will contact him and have him drive and meet you there, he will have a sign with your name on it and our company's logo, please notice that there is no free wifi outside the terminal. Contact us a day before the departure date to confirm the next day's pick up time, we will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled and confirmed pick up time at the Hotel's lobby or accommodations. if not it will consider a no show, or pay an extra charge for waiting for you
What To Expect
Your Private Airport Transportation to your Hotel or to the Airport is confirmed once the booking is made. We will have a driver with a sign with your name on it at the airport for arrivals and at the Hotel's lobby for departures. Please contact us once you have arrived to let us know that you did, then once you have your luggage and be on your way out, contact us again, so we may contact the driver that will have a sign with your name on it, that will be park 3 minutes away, that will drive to meet you in front of the cafeteria outside the airport's exit with the vehicle, for terminal A the cafeteria is named "JetLag ", for terminal B it is named "Refugio". One day before your departure date contact us to confirm pick up time at the Hotel's lobby, and please also give us your room number to complete the driver's pick up order. There is free wifi in most of the hotels, inside the airport, and in most places in the area, installing whatsapp will make it so much easier and free to be in contact with our 24 hours customers service number. This service has different choices pickup / drop off , one one way and round trip to the Hotels in Dominican Republic, and from the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
