What To Expect
At the time of arrival, one of our drivers will wait for you either with a tablet or an order with your name so that you can identify your driver. He will pick you up at the Punta Cana airport to take you to your destination, either Cap Cana, Bavaro. or high uvero.
We will contact you a day before to confirm your reservation and in the same way when your flight lands we will keep in touch to follow up on your immigration departure and thus our drivers will wait for you in the cafeteria of terminal A or in the cafeteria in terminal B depending on where your flight lands.
Once the reservation is made, the reservation is automatically confirmed. We will have a driver with a sign with your name and our company logo, once you arrive please contact us at the number on the ticket, so we know you did. We monitor the flight to know when you arrived, we wait for the time it takes you to leave, without extra charge, we know it is not your fault. as long as you have contacted us. We wait for you to contact us up to 1 hour after flight arrival, failure to contact us would be considered a no-show. Please note that people may approach you to sell you other airport transportation services. please do not connect a conversation with them as they will try to mislead you that our driver is not there or has just left. Once you have collected your luggage, you can walk directly out of the airport and meet your driver, who will be waiting for you at the end of the departure hall holding a sign with your name and the company logo. One day before your departure date, please contact us at the number on the ticket and confirm your pickup time, we will schedule your pickup time so you can be at the airport we will ask for your room number to complete the pickup order of the driver. We will have a driver with your name at the pickup location, 5-10 minutes before the confirmed scheduled time.
