When you make your reservation, we receive notification with your details and begin preparing the service. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm the details of the transfer and the name of your assigned representative. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our partners will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by your uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your reservation printed with your clearly visible name. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Punta Cana, ensuring a comfortable and efficient transfer.
