Meeting and Pickup
From Airport: A representative will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point, holding a sign with your name.Meeting Points:Terminal A: In front of the “Bienvenidos a Punta Cana” mural, past the restrooms.Terminal B: At the “El Refugio” café.To avoid confusion and ensure a fast and smooth transfer, please go directly to the corresponding meeting point.Important: Do not stop to speak with people outside our company inside the airport. This will help us provide faster and more organized service. Please note that the waiting time after your flight lands is 60 minutes.To airport: Your driver will be waiting in the lobby. Please ensure that you are at your pick up point at least 15 minutes in advance.
What To Expect
You will be received by your driver or a representative at arrival who will take you directly to your hotel or destination. At departure you will be waited in the lobby. Avoid lines or paying extra money and use a nice vehicle with safe and comfort. You will be transported by a professional that will take care of you until drop-off at airport/hotel/destination.
