The day before your arrival, we will contact you to inform you about the vehicle that will be at your disposal, as well as the name of our collaborator who will assist you during your transfer. Our representative will be easily identifiable, wearing a uniform and carrying a sign with your reservation visible.Our partner will be in uniform and with a folder with your reservation in sight.

What To Expect

When you make your reservation for VIP service, we receive notification with your details and begin preparing your exclusive transfer. The day before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm service details and the name of your assigned representative. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), either at Terminal A or B, one of our partners will be waiting for you, easily identifiable by your uniform and a folder with our logo, containing your reservation printed with your clearly visible name. For your convenience, your transfer will be made in a luxurious SUV, guaranteeing a comfortable and exclusive trip. Our driver will assist you and take you directly to your accommodation or destination in Punta Cana, ensuring a VIP and efficient transfer experience.
