• You do need to pre book your bus ticket in order to have a guaranteed seat on the bus. 
• You'll find the Airport Direct service desk at the Airport arrivals hall.
• Included in the ticket is a airport transfer from Reykjavik Terminal to Keflavik International Airport (KEF). The transfer between Reykjavik Terminal and Keflavik airport takes approximately 45 minutes. 
• Taking the transfer from Reykjavik city you'll meet us at our Reykjavik Terminal. Our terminal is centrally located at Skogarhlid 10, zip 105 Reykjavik.
• The Airport Direct buses leave on time from Reykjavik Terminal according to schedule.
• Please be ready 15 minutes before scheduled departure with your proof of purchase, no need to print out your voucher.
