After 3-4 hours on road we will arrive to our first attraction Landmannalaugar is particularly famous for its colorful rhyolite mountains, which are formed by volcanic activity and are characterized by their vivid hues of red, orange, yellow, and green. The region is also home to numerous hot springs and geothermal pools, which are popular among tourists for bathing.The area is a popular hiking destination, with a number of well-marked trails leading through the mountains and valleys. One of the most famous hikes is the Laugavegur Trail, a 55-kilometer route that starts in Landmannalaugar and ends in Þörsmork, another popular hiking area.
