Today’s tour starts with a pick-up from your accommodation in Reykjavik.Once you arrive at the site, you will take a short hike to reach the cave. The walk takes around 45 minutes through rough terrain. Upon reaching the cave, it is time to put on your safety equipment. You will spend around two hours exploring the unique lava tube and learning about this natural geology.Today’s sights include lava fields, lava tubes and caves, volcanic rock formations, stalagmites, and stalactites.
