What To Expect
Join me for an exciting and hands-on Stained Glass Jewelry Workshop, where you will unleash your creativity and make a stunning set of earrings and a beautiful pendant or earrings and a brooch or a pendant and a brooch. It's up to you! There is a variety to choose from. In this immersive experience, you will learn the art of stained glass techniques, ideal for both beginners and those with some experience.
By the end of the workshop you will have created your own stained glass jewelry to take home.
The workshop is hands-on, focused yet relaxed, limited to 2 students so students have quality time with the teacher.
The steps we will take are as follows:
• Engraving and breaking glass to fit a design.
• Selecting appropriate glass.
• Grinding glass.
• How to apply polyglass foil.
• Welding (soldering / tinning and beading).
• Applying patinas.
• Finishing.
