  • Customers are requested to redeem their vouchers at TOURISTATION ARACOELI Piazza d’Aracoeli 16. Touristation office is NOT next to the Colosseum but is on the Piazza Venezia side. Look for a fountain under restoration. There are orange flags outside the office.
  • It is mandatory to bring a valid identification document for all participants
  • The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on Sunday. Please note: if you book your experience on Sunday, the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel can be visited on Monday.
  • For both activities you must arrive on time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
  • Dress code required for Vatican Museums
  • The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.
