Homemade Pasta and Tiramisu in the heart of Rome’s Dolce Vita
Overview
This experience takes place in an elegant Roman salon, carefully curated and rich in atmosphere. Here, Cantiere Gastronomico doesn’t just offer you a cooking class - it invites you to build a journey made of authentic gestures, true flavors, and shared passion.
Together, we’ll prepare various types of fresh pasta and a classic tiramisu, starting from scratch and following each step. Every movement becomes an opportunity to share stories, learn something new, and create lasting memories.
Our project was born from the desire to grow alongside our guests, and it is enriched by the collaboration with Ristorante Chinappi, a benchmark of Roman fine dining for over 15 years.
For us, cooking means building connections, memories, and beauty. It’s more than a class.
It’s a moment to live and to remember, together.

What To Expect
The class takes place in an elegant venue in the center of Rome, just steps from Via Veneto, in the heart of the historic Dolce Vita. In this charming and carefully curated space, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta: fettuccine, tagliatelle, and tagliolini. Starting with simple, genuine ingredients, you’ll knead and shape the dough, following the traditional gestures of real Italian cooking.
You’ll be guided by a passionate team, trained also thanks to our collaboration with Chinappi — a fine dining restaurant in Rome with over 15 years of experience. We’ll share techniques, curiosities, and culinary secrets with you in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
After the pasta, we’ll move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you’ll prepare with your own hands, following the classic recipe and adding your personal touch. At the end of the class, we’ll sit down together to enjoy everything we’ve made, paired with a good glass of wine.
Cantiere Gastronomico is a young cooking school where you learn by doing, grow together, and share a true passion for food. Every lesson is a moment to remember — filled with authentic flavors, hands in the dough, and stories to take home.
