Calling all foodies! Join us for a deep dive into Italy’s cuisine on this three-hour, small-group tour of Rome’s trendiest neighbourhood - Trastevere!
Your local expert will be taking you to the best restaurants, delis, bakeries, and gelato parlours - most of which the guidebooks know nothing about. The locals know best, after all. You’ll sample over ten different essentials of Italian dining, from cured meats and aged cheeses, to street food vendors and gelato-makers who have perfected their crafts. Then, we’ll try some main dishes, like pasta, pizza and a local, Roman staple that’s been associated with the city for centuries.
You’ll also sample local wines and spirits to compliment the dishes, making the whole thing a truly delicious affair. What could be better?
