However if the flight is delayed more than 45 minutes, we may not be able to guarantee service, so please contact our office to check availability, also in case of delayed baggage claim or lost luggage and related Lost & Found procedures. Additional costs may apply. The waiting time included in the price is of 1 hour starts from the landing. The price includes one standard suitcase and one hand luggage per person. Any extra luggage must be reported at the time of booking and it may subject to an extra charge. The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage. The company reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage. The wheelchair must report at the time of booking. The wheelchair is not accessible for a transportation for 2 pax and it is considered on request and it is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
