    What To Expect

    If you are looking for an authentic experience off the beaten paths of mass tourism look no further and join one of our classes for a day of cooking and fun in the Roman countryside surrounded by olive trees.

    There is no better way to explore a culture than through its local food, especially in Italy and this hands-on cooking class aims to do just that in the beautiful setting of our kitchen overlooking our vineyard.

    After a warm welcome, with Prosecco and nibbles, we will put our aprons on and get our hands dirty!

    You'll learn how to master making irresistible fresh homemade focaccia, pesto with fresh basil from our garden and traditional tiramisù.

    You'll taste some starters as well, made with seasonal ingredients from local farmers.

    The lesson wraps up enjoying the fruits of your labour: your cuisine, paired with carefully selected local wine and laughs!

    Cooking is a joy and a way to connect with people from all over world.
