    We will start with flour, salt, yeast, and water and end up with an awesome pizza that you will devour. It’s kinda magic..

    Learn the inside info on what flour to use, how much resting time it needs, how to shape the dough for the ideal crunchy to soft ratio, of course, sauce, toppings and how to cook it to perfection in a typical home oven.

    No drooling over your pizza dough, you will sip on a glass of wine/beer and nibble on some antipasto as you work on your creation.

    A few minutes in the oven and ready to enjoy delicious homemade pizza.
