Have you always wanted to learn how to cook Italian food? With this exciting experience, you and your group will get a full private cooking class in Rome. Learn how to make pizzelli, pasta, meat dishes and biscotti by hand, and, best of all, eat your homemade feast afterward!
Italian mothers are, without a doubt, the prized chefs of Italian cuisine. Marilee is no exception. Originally from California, Marilee has been living in Italy for over 35 years accumulating experience and knowledge as the wife of an Italian and mother of two. She has been cooking authentic Italian food with love and passion her whole life. She is wonderfully charismatic and warm and is always eager to share her profound knowledge of Italian cooking with others.
Enjoy delicious mini fried pizzas as an appetizer; learn how to make Ravioli and Pappardelle; make traditional roman main dishes that go far back in history; delight in amazing biscotti and coffee and, of course, all with wine abounds throughout!

What To Expect
In this exciting experience you and your group will get a full private cooking class in Rome so you can learn how to cook like a real Italian!
Italian mothers are, without a doubt, the prized chefs of Italian cuisine. Marilee is no exception.
Your private chauffeur will take you to Marilee's beautiful private home in the north of Rome, the class will commence!
Begin by learning how to roll dough! Then, you will make an antipasto, delicious pizzelle, so you have food to nibble on and wine to sip as you cook.
Marilee will then teach you the tricks of rolling out and cutting handmade pasta, as you make ravioli AND pappardelle! Learn a crucial step in Italian cuisine as you make your pasta Al Dente!
After a satisfying plate of pasta your cooking class continues with making a typical Roman secondo or meat dish, all of course accompanied by copious wine.
After your main course you will all enjoy Italian biscotti and coffee on the terrace.
Our private cooking class in Rome at Marilee’s is a unique and local experience you are sure to cherish for a long time.
Your private chauffeur will await you as you bid farewell to Marilee and head back to your Rome accommodations.
