We begin our class with a refined aperitif. You will be greeted with sparkling wine and a delicious welcome appetizer to prepare you for the culinary experience ahead.

Pasta and Sauce Preparation:
Under the expert guidance of our chefs, you will learn to prepare traditional Strozzapreti pasta and the classic Carbonara sauce. From kneading and shaping the pasta to perfecting the sauce, each participant will have the opportunity to create a delightful dish from scratch.

Pasta Tasting:
