Pasta & Tiramisù : Authentic Cooking Class
Overview
Recreate traditional Roman recipes in this fun, hands-on cooking class, perfect for families, couples, solo-travellers and everyone in between!
Your fun, professional chef will teach you all the know-how you need to knead, roll, cut and cook authentic fettuccine pasta with a choice of two traditional Roman sauces. If that's not enough you'll also perfect the art of making creamy tiramisù (which means 'pick-me-up' in Italian because of its infused espresso shot!) and receive the recipes for both dishes via email at the end of the class.
The cooking class ends with a sit-down dinner with your new food-loving friends. Enjoy a selection of wines and soft drinks to complement your dishes!
Our class can be adapted to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies (as long as you let us know in time!) So book your space on this class now and discover the art of traditional Italian cooking!
