Meeting and Pickup
Arrive in Rome with our exclusive private transfers. Upon your disembarkation in the morning around 8.00/9.00, our Driver (who speaks English) will be waiting for you directly under your cruise ship with the welcome sign. Our driver licensed and accredited to enter the port will be waiting for you in a comfortable Mercedes (sedan or minivan) and will take you to your destination in Rome (hotel, private apartment, B&B, train station or airport). The transfer is always private and only for you. You won't have to walk or take care of your luggage, we'll take care of it. We can arrive in front of your hotel and we recommend that you be ready 15 minutes earlier with your luggage. We will take care of everything, while customers can sit inside our vehicle with air conditioning, wi-fi and fresh water. The pick up time requested by you CANNOT BE CHANGED 24 hours before the service. A delay of more than 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW.
What To Expect
Our driver will wait for you under your ship (don't forget to indicate the name) with the sign showing your name (your telephone contact is also welcome).
We will help you with your luggage, you will not have to walk, a comfortable air-conditioned mercedes will be waiting for you, fresh water just for you. The transfer is private, just for you.We will take you to Rome (hotel or accommodation) or to the airport.
For customers who will have to move from Rome to the port we recommend to be ready with all luggage inside the lobby of their hotel or B&B 15 minutes before, after 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW. We will take care of the luggage (always specify the number and size because we will use cars and vans and if there are space problems it will be your responsibility) while they can comfortably settle inside our vehicle with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and fresh water.
Maximum luggage allowed for 2 people one suitcase each and one trolley, for extra luggage you will need a van with extra 40 € total
