You’ll learn to make home-made pasta from scratch, cleaning and preparing seasonal vegetables to fry, like artichokes or zucchini flowers or other amazing fresh vegetable to make the original “fritto romano”. In the end taste the amazing torta di ricotta e visciola, the famous ricotta cheesecake made with simple and delicious ingredients.

Meet your host in Piazza Mattei, a jewel among the squares of Rome, right in the heart of the charming Jewish Ghetto. Your host will assist you for all the time, translating the chef and giving you tips history & legends about the Jewish district & its unique food style.
You’ll learn to make home-made pasta from scratch, cleaning and preparing seasonal vegetables to fry, like artichokes or zucchini flowers.
Let's prepare two kind of sauces from fresh ingredients, then challenge yourself in the kitchen to cook a perfect pasta under the supervision of the chef.
Sit at your table and taste your creations plus the "gift of the chef": the famous ricotta cheesecake. The food is enough to cover your dinner.
This experience is suitable to everyone, kids, vegan people, vegetarians are welcome.
