Led by experienced hosts, you’ll learn the traditional process of creating this iconic Italian liqueur, from peeling fresh lemons to bottling and labeling your very own batch. Dive into the heritage of limoncello, connecting with stories from the Amalfi Coast and Roman culture as you zest, mix, and create.

Your experience starts with a warm welcome and an introduction to the limoncello-making process. You’ll engage in every step—zesting organic lemons, combining them with alcohol and sugar, and carefully infusing the flavors. While your limoncello rests, enjoy a tasting session in our private tasting room, where you’ll sample our exclusive Spritz Drink It® with authentic Roman pizza.
This session is a full sensory journey, celebrating Italian flavors, aromas, and the artistry behind one of Italy's most beloved drinks.
