What To Expect
Ravioli, fettuccine, orecchiette, fusilli, pici, tortellini, gnocchi ... what will you make? You won’t know until the day of the class! At Rome’s Mystery and Surprise Cooking Class Party, held in an exclusive location in the city center, you’ll prepare 2 pasta doughs and shapes completely from scratch, along with a traditional Roman dessert (not tiramisù!).
This isn’t just a cooking class—it’s a fun and social dinner party. You’ll kick things off with a Spritz and local bites, then dive into pasta-making with a local chef who’ll guide you step by step through the process. Along the way, you’ll share laughs, stories, and great food with new cooking friends.
