In this cozy, welcoming setting, you’ll learn to prepare traditional handmade fettuccine, rolled and cut by hand using the classic "cortello" technique. Under the guidance of a passionate local chef, you’ll master the art of making pasta from scratch, just like the Romans have for generations.

After crafting your fettuccine, you’ll have the option to pair it with different sauces: rich Alfredo sauce, classic Amatriciana, or Pomodoro sauce. You’ll also receive detailed explanations and the recipes for each sauce, so you can recreate these dishes at home.
