Meeting and Pickup
We pickup Clients in Rome, directly to their Hotel, apartment or B&B and drive them to Fiumicino airport, at the requested Terminal. If you are not able to locate your hotel, B&B or apartment please write the address on the section note. Depending on the traffic the ride takes between 40 to 60 minutes. **Please note that for international flights Clients must be at the airport 3 hours prior to the departure flight and 2 hours for European flights** The price includes one standard suitcase and one hand luggage per person. Any extra luggage must be reported at the time of booking and it may subject to an extra charge. The company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage. The company reserves the right to apply supplements for excess baggage. The wheelchair must report at the time of booking. The wheelchair is not accessible for a transportation for 2 pax and it is considered on request and it is subject to a supplement of Euro 25 to be paid directly to the driver
What To Expect
The driver pickup at Hotel or apartment or B&B in Rome. Please provide Clients' mobile number at the time of booking. If you are not able to locate your hotel, B&B, apartment from the list please wtite the name and/or the address on the section note.
