This wonderful fountain is one of the symbols of Rome, it represents the sea and was built with marble, travertine, stucco, plaster and metals. In the center of the fountain there is the statue of Oceanus on top of a triumphal oyster-shaped chariot, pulled by two tritons with exuberant horses. To the right of Ocean is the state of Abundance and to the left the statue of Healthiness.
