Meeting and Pickup
Write the name or address of your hotel and we will come and pick you up. In case, write the name of the airport and our meeting will be in the hall of the arrival terminal of your flight, one of our drivers will be waiting for you with a sign written with your names.
What To Expect
When booking, travelers must provide us with the following data: Names of the main traveler, number of travelers and the name or address of the accommodation in Rome. If the pick-up is at the airport, they will have to communicate to us: Airport name, date and time of arrival and flight number, and finally the address of the Florence accommodation. For airport pick-up, passengers after checks and after having collected their suitcases, the meeting point with our driver will be in the waiting room between the columns of the meeting point, the driver will have a sign written with the names of the travelers . Then with our luxury car they will be accompanied to your accommodation in the metropolitan city of Florence. During this short trip to the north of Rome you will see some panoramic attractions. In the accommodation in Rome, the meeting with our driver must be punctual and / or within 15 minutes from the scheduled time during the booking, after the waiting time and without notice, the service will be considered a No Show. At the airport, on the other hand, the meeting with our driver must be within 60 minutes of the flight landing, exceeded the waiting time and without notice, the service will be considered a No Show and if in the event the meeting with our driver was after 60 minutes, travelers will have to pay a small additional fee for waiting one hour of availability.
