DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
1. Scooter Driving Skills: For safety reasons, riders must have prior experience. The minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
2. Driving License: If you have an EU-issued driving license, it must be category A or B. This requirement also applies to the UK, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, Israel, and Switzerland.
3. International Driving Permit (IDP): Drivers with a non-EU issued license are also required to hold an International Driving Permit.
4. Security Deposit: In order to rent the Vespa, a security deposit of €500 is necessary. This can be paid by credit card or in cash. The deposit serves as a guarantee for the loaned Vespa.
⚠️Important Notice: If the driver fails to meet our driving requirements, there will be no refund.
⚠️Additional Requirement for US Citizens: US citizens must also bring an International Driving Permit issued by the American Automobile Association.

A: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.Cut-off times are based on the tour local time (CEST).
