Italian cuisine in a private house's kitchen followed by an expert local italian mom! Cooking Class including lunch with Rosa: Our lovely Italian neighbor will show you a few of the regional Abruzzi dishes. She usually does an antipasto, a first and a second plate and a dessert. She really can do just about anything and a lot of it depends on our guest preferences and allergies. She has vegetarian dishes too.
