Using a blend of all-purpose and semolina flour, you’ll mix, knead, and roll your dough using time-honored techniques designed to give your pasta the perfect bite.

Chef Maggie will show you how to fill your ravioli with an herb-kissed ricotta and tofu mixture, then seal and shape them to perfection.
