What To Expect
Museo Archeologico Provinciale di Salerno
With the private tour of Salerno, you will discover all the major points of interest in the city. You will visit the Minerva Garden, the oldest botanical garden in Europe dating back to the Middle Ages, the ticket is included (if open because it is often closed).

Arechi Castle
After the city tour, continue by car or minivan to visit the Medieval Castle of Salerno Arechi and its museum of medieval weapons inside, and torture weapons, the entrance ticket is included with a private visit. Badia della Santissima Trinita'
This tour is combined with that of Salerno or Vietri.
The tour leaves from Salerno to reach Cava dei Tirreni in about 20 minutes.
The tour begins with the Benedictine Abbey SS. Trinità, called Badia di Cava. Entrance ticket is included with private visit and local guide. It is not always open to the public and its opening must be checked and a visit booked. The abbey dates back to the year 1000 and is very large and takes about 1 hour to view. Inside there is an archive library with over 80,000 volumes.

Amalfi Coast

Vietri sul Mare is known for its ceramic tradition as well as being the only center on the sea.

Villa Rufolo
Combined with the tour of the Amalfi coast, if you are more than 2 people you can see Villa Rufolo in Ravello and Amalfi.

Positano
If booked by only 1 person, you will reach Positano by ferry and then go to Amalfi.
This tour is a continuation of the Amalfi Coast and Villa Rufolo with Amalfi only for more than 3 people and you will have to pay for the car parking.
Positano is a true paradise, developed vertically within an intricate overlapping of streets, alleys and shops that display the colorful fashions of Positano famous throughout the world. Museo Nazionale Ferroviario di Pietrarsa
The visit to the National Railway Museum of Pietrarsa is combined with that of the site of Herculaneum because they are close enough.

Archaeological Park of Paestum
On this excursion you will visit one of the most evocative archaeological sites in Italy: the Greco-Roman town of Paestum.
After the pick up from your hotel you will get into the car or a mini van, depending on the number of people, with which we will reach the archaeological site of Paestum, located about fifty minutes away.

Starting from your hotel we will reach Naples in about 1 hour and visit the Royal Palace.

Capri
Capri is a long way from Salerno, just over 2 hours, and can be reached exclusively by ferry that is payable separately at the port of Salerno.
I will pick you up from your hotel and board the ferry to the island of Capri.
Once you arrive you can choose to take either a tour of the island on a boat that will skirt the entire coast or take a small boat and then enter a canoe to enter the Blue Cave Museum.

In the afternoon we will walk through the alleys of the old town and see the Cathedral of Sorrento, then enjoy the enchanting valleys and admire the breathtaking landscape of Sorrento and its coast.
If the group is large you could go on the same day or to Capri or Pompeii which are relatively close.
You can choose this itinerary only in summer and if you want to swim in Sorrento or in some nearby beach.
It can not be combined with the Amalfi and Positano itinerary because another route and it would take 12 hours of tour.
Remember that for each itinerary you have to pay for fuel and parking, here it is only 2 euros per hour.
